This is a Shun DM0722: serrated utility knife with a blade length of 6 inches. A knife small enough for detailed cutting but diverse enough to make slicing through slippery and tough skins a breeze.
Shun is Kai’s premier kitchen brand. Pieces of art: these knifes are hand-made going through a minimum of 100 steps to complete. As with all Shun the blades are made of a high-carbon steel that offers strength, hardness, and wear resistance. Shun is consistently referred to as being the best in the world and its not hard to see why.
