Artistic Digitizer Upgrade

This is an upgrade from V1.7 to V2.0 for both Windows and Mac OS!

 

Artistic Digitizer system requirements:

Operating Systems other than those listed below are not supported.

Operating System:

Windows OS: 7, 8, 10, or 11. Service packs must be kept up to date.

Mac OS: 13.5 Ventura, 12 Monterey, 11 Bug Sur, 10.15 Catalina, 10.14 Mojave

CPU: M1 Processors, Intel Core i3/i5/i7 or AMD Athlon X2, FX series, A-Series, Athlon X4, Ryzen 3/5/7

Memory: 4GB of RAM

Hard disk: 1.5 GB of free uncompressed space

Graphics card: 3D DirectX 9c accelerator with at least 1 GB RAM, 32-bit color (Windows only)

Monitor resolution: 1366×768

Internet connectivity: for product registration, activation, and periodic updates

 

Software Updates:

Artistic Digitizer will automatically notify you if there is an available update for both Windows and Mac users, however, if you need to remove Artistic Digitizer and reinstall, or are simply reinstalling on a new computer, you can download and install the current software build from the link below.

These links can also be used if you do not have a DVD-Rom drive on your computer.

 

***These downloads can be used provided you have already purchased Artistic Digitizer from your authorized Janome or Artistic dealer. Codes needed to activate software are inside of the purchased software package.

Upgrading from Artistic Digitizer Jr. to Artistic Digitizer

If you are upgrading from Artistic Digitizer Jr. to Artistic Digitizer, please click here for simple upgrade instructions.

Upgrading from Artistic Digitizer Jr. to the Full version of the software is a simple process which only requires the inputting of an Upgrade Code

The Artistic Digitizer upgrade package must first be purchased from your local authorized dealer in order to carry out the upgrade outlined here. The upgrade kit will contain the upgrade code needed to upgrade and operate your software.
