How to Join a Millard Sewing Owners Club

Our Owners Clubs are built to help Millard Sewing Center customers get more out of their sewing machines after the sale.

Depending on your machine, your Owners Club may include helpful resources like:

  • Getting started guides
  • Machine tips and troubleshooting help
  • Class links and project ideas
  • Downloadable resources
  • Owner-only updates
  • Access to machine-specific support areas

Step 1: Create a Website Account

To access an Owners Club, you will need a Millard Sewing Center website account.

  1. Go to My Account on our website.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Create a password.
  4. Submit the registration form.

Once your account is created, make sure you are logged in before requesting access to an Owners Club.

Step 2: Request Owners Club Access

After creating your account, fill out the access request form below.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • The email address used for your website account
  • Your machine brand and model
  • Which Owners Club you are requesting access to

Step 3: We’ll Review Your Request

Our team will review your request and add the correct access to your account.

If you purchased your machine from Millard Sewing Center, access may be included with your machine purchase.

If you purchased your machine elsewhere, some clubs, classes, or resources may require a paid membership or class registration.
