Our Repair Process
Step 1: Bring In or Ship Your Machine
Machines may be dropped off in person or shipped to us for service.
Step 2: Inspection & Estimate
Every repair begins with an inspection. This allows us to evaluate the condition of the machine and determine what service is required.
Estimates for Brother, Elna, Janome, and Necchi domestic sewing machines are provided at no charge. Other machines require an inspection fee paid at the time of drop off. This is then applied toward approved repairs or machine replacement.
Step 3: Repair Approval
No repairs are started until the estimate is approved. If additional repairs, replacement parts, or unexpected issues are discovered during service, we will contact you before proceeding.
Step 4: Repair & Testing
Once approved, the machine is serviced, adjusted, tested, and prepared for pickup or return shipment.

To properly diagnose and test your machine, we need the accessories required for normal operation.
