Hello New Janome Models!

Janome at Millard Sewing

Before we get into the new Janome models, we should probably quickly touch on the fact that all of the Janome line up is new at Millard Sewing. All Janome models are now for sale at Millard Sewing and of course select models are available for online purchase as well! Bringing Janome in along side Elna and Necchi will complete the trifecta of brands that we are going to offer. We are not a company that strives to offer every brand made. Instead our goal is to offer only the best brands made and at this time we believe we have achieved that. With Janome’s wide range of products on board, we look forward to introducing even more people to problem free stitching and project creation. And of course just like when purchasing an Elna or Necchi, all new Janome sales will come with a free Learn Your Sewing Machine class.

Janome Memory Craft 1000

Janome has just announced two new machines! The first of these is the Janome MC1000, and we are beyond excited to show you this new model. We have been playing with our demo model for about a week now, and let me tell you, this is a model that we have been waiting for. Janome has always offered great machines, but the line up has recently been missing an entry level embroidery machine, and that is exactly what they were aiming at with the design of this model. The only problem is I think they hit a little higher than they were aiming! Some of the features that this machine has are beyond what I expected at this price point making this a must have machine. I think our Quilters will love the 71 Needle positions (to perfectly dial those seam allowances), and the extra high presser foot lift. Embroidery fanatics will love having a very portable machine with free arm embroidery ability and 241 built in designs (plus the ability to add more). Our apparel sewing friends get 300 stitches, with 12 buttonhole options, a 7mm Stitch width and just an all around fantastic machine. With this combination of features (and more) it’s probably pretty easy to see why we are so excited to have this machine to show you!

Janome Memory Craft 100E

The second new machine announcement is the Janome Memory Craft 100E. This machine is similar to the MC1000, but forgoes the sewing part to focus only on embroidery. This machine will give you a chance to explore all of the embroidery fun without compromising your budget or the quality of the outcome like so many other entry level embroidery machines do.
