Simplicity Junior 6625 (Cut). Size 11. Vintage 1966 dress pattern with 3 options.

A-line dress with slightly lowered round neckline,  back zipper, set-in sleeves and shaped empire waistline. V. 1 & 2 have bracelet-length sleeves with circular ruffles and optional button trim. V. 1 has self ruffles. V. 2 has lace ruffles. Top-stitched. V. 3 has short sleeves and contrasting skirt.
