Simplicity 1332 Vintage 1950’s Boys Vest, Jacket and Pants Pattern

Simplicity 1332 (Cut). Size 2. Vintage 1950’s boys’ jacket, vest, and pants.

Jacket features a notched collar and long sleeves detailed with buttons at lower edge. Pants have soft pleats at front waistline, arts in back and are cuffed. In view 1 the jacket and pants are matching. There is a breast pocket on the jacket front and two flap pockets at lower edge with a smaller one above right front pocket. View 2 has a belt in back fastening with a buckle. Pants, vest and jacket may each be of different fabrics.

Suggested fabrics – V. 1 or 2 jacket, pants: Corduroy, cotton, twill, rayon, wool, flannel, tweed. V2. vest: Plaid or plain corduroy, cotton, rayon, gabardine, wool, flannel.
