This is one of those machines, that if you know, YOU KNOW, and I could finish this description simply by typing its name.
If you don’t know the 130, well It’s a household machine that can effectively step in as an industrial machine in many cases, and all with the added benefit of a properly good zig zag stitch that most of those can’t even offer.ย If you don’t believe it’s industrial heritage a quick comparison of the parts chart will show that many of the Pfaff industrial machines shared parts with the 130’s in the early days. It lays down everything from a perfect straight stitch to a gorgeous satin stitch all with the standard foot, and through pretty much anything you can shove under the presser foot.
This machine has enjoyed a life of use and it’s finish shows it.ย The graphics are worn away at the usual places on the flat bed sewing surfaces and it has crazing and some paint chips.ย Of course none of that effects this machines ability to sew. It has been outfitted with a new Alphasew 1.5 amp motor, as well as a new foot controller and lead cord to make the most of the Pfaff’s abilities.ย Like all of our machines, it has been thoroughly gone through and serviced to ensure stitching perfection.
The Pfaff 130ย is a flat bed machine and is not designed to be used without a case or cabinet.
