ITY (Interlock Twist Yarn) is a method of putting a twist in yarn used for knit fabrics resulting in a more natural elasticity and a soft feel on both sides. Easy to sew with and popular for tops, dresses, skirts, and flowy pants. ITY has excelent drape and is great for traveling because it does not wrinkle.
