As with everything Millard Sewing our quilting program takes a quality first approach. This is why we have chosen the industry leading Innova Longarm Quilting Machines.

Our M28 longarm offers up to 24″ of quilting space, and is equipped with the Innova AutoPilot automation and Grand Format Embroidery.  This allows us to offer you an unparalleled number of options when it comes to your quilting needs. The M Series Innova machines have an industrial level build quality that utilizes sealed ball bearings throughout and a rotary tension assembly which means less downtime for us and no chance for the accidental oil drips and and thread tension inconsistencies that have become synonymous with lesser brands.

Of course nothing is maintenance free, but having the areas most recommended repair technicians on hand seven days a week means we are always ready to stitch at a just a moments notice.

Patterns

We have carefully chosen this selection of edge to edge patterns based on their unique combination of looks and speed to bring you a cost effective option that doesn’t look like budget was even a concern.  These patterns can be sized, reversed, and cropped as necessary to meet your projects size and shape.

Thread Options

You’ve spent too much in time and fabric to skimp when it comes to the quilting. That’s why we are offering you your choice of two of the best threads money can buy.  You may choose either Aurifil Forty3, a 40wt cotton triple wound longarm quilting specific thread or FilTec Glide 40wt Trilobal Polyester Thread. Either option will give you a strong consistent thread that will provide you with the look you want and the quality to last a lifetime.

To calculate the total cost, multiply the length by the width of your quilt and enter that into the quantity box.

Minimum and Maximum Size

• Quilts under 2025 Square Inches are subject to a $30 set up fee.
• We are currently only accepting quilts up to 144″ wide.

Rush Service

All quilts are quilted in the order received during normal business hours. You may however use the rush service to request one of our quilters to stay after hours to complete your quilt ahead of its normal place in line. Rush service fee if for quilting only. If you are shipping a quilt to us, any expedited shipping charges will be in addition to the Rush Service Fee.

Batting

Shop our selection of batting or bring your own, either is fine with us. This needs to be 6″-8″ larger than the quilt top that you are providing.

Backing

Shop our selection of fabric and wide back fabric or bring your own backing material, either is fine with us. This needs to be 6″-8″ larger than the quilt top that you are providing.
