Seam Ripper (Razor type) by Bucklebee

$3

Bucklebee says:

Our customers call this little wonder “The Magic.” Here’s why: it’s a safe, effortless and ultra-fast way to rip seams on fabric. Its the best razor we could find, with a metal blade guard and perfectly straight blade.

Let the head of the razor rest on its back edge , not the blade. Keep the blade parallel to your work surface. Draw the blade toward yourself between the fabric layers. Seam’s gone! Not recommended on very lightweight fabrics, serged seams or knits. Give quilt-weight fabrics a quick press with starch or starch substitute for excellent results. Use a traditional seam ripper to pick backstitching first. CAUTION: This tool is very sharp. Use with care, and keep away from children
