We all love precut fabrics, but they can be tricky to cut accurately. The Little Bee Ruler is designed to make quick, accurate work out of cutting 2 1/2” strips and 5” squares, and has a clever slot-template design to make sewing half-square triangles faster and more accurate, too! Little Bee is laser-cut 8” long and 2 1/2” wide with clear, clutter free registers on each side, marked in 1/8” increments.
The ruler has crosswise lines at 1 1/2”, 2 1/2”, 3 1/2”, 4 1/2”, 5 1/2” and 6 1/2” to make cutting rectangles from strips easy as pie. The half-inch slot template has two marks on the short sides that line up with the corners of 5” squares, so that you can mark the seam line, not the cutting line, when making half square triangles. The quarter-inch slot template is perfect for marking scant 1/4” seam allowances. This Little Bee works hard, so you don’t have to—and your blocks will be proof!
