Fringe (Tailor Tacking) Foot, Low Shank. Create your own fringe on your quilting or craft project with the fringe foot. The divider in the center of the foot creates a large loop when sewing a zig zag stitch. After sewing simply cut the loop close to one side to create a fringe.
