To ensure a successful and enjoyable experience at the embroidery event, please note the following requirements regarding your equipment:

• Machine Requirement: Participants are required to bring their own embroidery machine
• Hoop Size: Your machine must be capable of accommodating a hoop size of 6″ x 10″ or larger.
• Embroidery Thread: Please ensure you have the necessary thread colors for your project. You can either purchase threads here, or bring your own embroidery thread. Colors are listed below.
• Stabilizer: All participants must bring their own appropriate stabilizer for machine embroidery. Please see the list of stabilizers used below:

We ask that you are already proficient in operating your machine. This includes knowing how to thread it, transfer designs, and manage common settings. If you are new to your specific model or feel you need a refresher on its basic operation, we highly recommend attending a Learn Your Embroidery Machine class before the event. Taking this preparatory class will allow you to maximize your time at the event by focusing entirely on the project and techniques, rather than on troubleshooting your equipment.
