Returns, Refunds, & Cancelations:

Refunds are issued in store credit only. Shipping is non-refundable. There are absolutely no refunds on: electronic parts, electrical parts, items cut to size (fabric, belts, etc), open box items, or parts showing any signs of installation.

Please utilize the notes section during checkout to enter in the make and model of your machine if you are not sure about your part or accessory fitment. We are happy to double check fitment before shipping.

Special Order:

Special Order items are items that we do not normally stock on hand. We order them as you do. Please allow extra delivery time for these items. If timing is critical, we are more than happy to check stock with our suppliers prior to you placing your order. No returns or refunds, period.

Shipping:

Flat Rate: We try to include the majority of our items in the flat rate category. It’s cheaper for you and it’s easier for us. Unfortunatly large items, aerosol cans, and the like can not be shipped using this option. For those we try to provide you with several UPS based options or allow you to pick up in person at one of our locations.

Domestic flat rate shipping is generally done via USPS, but other options may be substituted at our discretion. Spee-Dee Delivery may be used in place of UPS when shipping within their service area.

International shipping is available: We are trying to add as many countries as we can as quickly as possible. If you do not see your country listed or run into an issue during checkout, please email us with your list of items and address so we can determine a shipping cost and send you an invoice.

Please note for all International Orders, you must cover your customs tax if you are charged. We do not cover customs tax. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if shipping changes or charges exceed our rates. We are trying our best to get everything set correctly, but this is not a small task when dealing with so many items of so many varying costs and sizes. We will always contact you with options if this situation arises.

Cabinet Shipping:

Cabinets may require extra processing time. These are generally stored at our Warehouse Location which is not open every day. It also often requires extra time to find/make the perfect box for the cabinet. We stock what we can, but one off cabinet sales require one off boxing solutions.

Shipping Damage:

Any damage incurred while orders are in transit from us to you will be handled through the shipping companies insurance. We encourage you to have a second party on hand when opening any package to record the process. This is proof of both the packing effort and the damaged item emerging from the package. We do the same when machines are sent to us for service.

Warranty (Pre Owned Sewing Machines):

Refurbished machines offer 90 days of free adjustments and 6 month warranty on the motor and foot controller. Failed components whole or in part must be returned to us to obtain the warranty. It is up to our discretion as to what must be returned and what it may be replaced with. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the end consumer.

Warranty (New Sewing Machines):

New machines offer the manufacturers stated warranty which varies by model. Please inquire about a specific model for details.
